Concept in homogeneity and principle in operation
What is high-pressure homogeneity, dissolves the rough emulsion or a lump in floating matters into fine particle, and then allows it to be upgraded to the quality in a stabilized emulsifying state, thereby greatly enhancing the stability in product, longevity in product, digestion, and taste, in case of dairy products in food.
 

As for the process of homogeneity, with cavitation, turbulent flow, and shear force according to a rapid drop in pressure, as a fluid in high pressure (maximally 1,000Kg/cm2), which occurred due to plunger operation, passes in high speed of 200~300m/s through a small gap in valve, is split into fine particle less than 0.3 micron (レ), levitation force is reduced, and the composition of liquid comes to exist in a completely uniform state.

Easy method of distinguishing performance

 

Products from Denmark, Sweden, America, and Japan, which are sweeping over a market now, and even other products, can be seen the phenomenon in which a needle in manometer is hunting during operation.

This shows that the pressure in a fluid is also hunting according to the reciprocating motion in Plunger Pump, and the outcome of homogeneity will be hunting as well. Alfa homogenizer can be confirmed with directly seeing a needle in manometer with eyes that this hunting phenomenon is not shown, and it maintains equal pressure all the time.
